婴幼儿非胃肠道手术全麻前安全禁饮食时间的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨非胃肠道手术婴幼儿术前不同禁食、禁饮时间对婴幼儿机体的影响。方法将260例全身麻醉下非胃肠道择期手术罂幼儿随机分为两组,对照组采用术前常规禁食12 h、禁饮4 h。实验组根据婴幼儿的需要于手术前2 h 可饮少许糖水等清亮饮液、术前6 h 禁食。结果对照组由于禁食禁饮时间长,婴幼儿易出现饥饿、烦躁、哭闹等不适,但术中误吸发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对每位婴幼儿的实际情况和具体手术时间安排,实施术前2 h 禁饮、6 h 禁食,可减少婴幼儿不适,满足手术需要。 Objective To investigate the effect of different fasting time before nogastrointestinal tract operations on the body of infants. Methods 260 infants underwent general anesthesia and nogastrointestinal tract timeselective operations were randomly divided into 2 groups. The cases of control group were fasting in solid diet 12 hours and liquid 4 hours before operation; the cases of experimental group were fed some glucose solution 2 hours and fasting in solid diet 6 hours before operation. Results The cases of control group were prone to be hungry and crying because of long fasting time, but there was no difference in disgorging rate between the two groups(P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion It is a feasible way for infants to fast in solid diet 6 hours and liquid 2 hours before operation in order to reduce indisposition of infants and meet the need of operation.
