甲酚磺醛浓缩液和甲酚磺醛栓联合治疗宫颈糜烂112例分析

Clinical analysis of 112 cases of cervicitis treated with policresulen solution-policresulen suppository combination

目的探讨爱宝疗浓缩液和爱宝疗栓联合治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法 112例宫颈糜烂患者,在月经干净第3天,采用爱宝疗浓缩液宫颈上药,每周2次,同时配合爱宝疗栓阴道放置,隔日1次,14 d 为1个疗程,共1～3个疗程。结果轻微糜烂者治愈率为84.2%,总有效率97.4%;中度糜烂治愈率51.9%,总有效率94.2%;重度糜烂治愈率4.5%,总有效率72.7%;三者总有效率91.1%。结论爱宝疗浓缩液和爱宝疗栓联合治疗宫颈糜烂,疗效高、安全、操作简便、无痛,无明显副作用,患者易于接受,是一种治疗宫颈糜烂较理想药物。

Objective To investigate the clinic efficacy of policresulen solution-policresulen suppository combination for cerviciris. Methods 112 cases of cervicitis were cured with the policresulen solution on the cervices 3 days after the menses for twice a week, and with the policresulen suppository placed inside the vagina once e. o-d. The period of treatment was 14 days,total was 1-3 periods of treatment. Results The remedial efficiency for the slight sufferers was 84.2 % ,and the total efficiency was 97.4 %. The remedial efficiency for the moderate suffcrers was 51.9% ,and the total efficiency was 94.2 %. The remedial efficiezlcy for the serious sufferers was 4.5 % ,and the total efficiency was 72.7 %. The total efficiency for the three items above was 91.1%. Conclusion Policresulen solution-policresulen solution suppository combination in cerviciris had goods curative effect,which was safe,painless, and easy to handle,without obvious side-effect,easy to be accepted by the sufferers. It was a perfect medicament for curing the cervicitis.
