对校图书馆员"职业高原"现象进行了分析,提出了"以人为本"的管理策略,以帮助高校图书馆员走出"职业高原"期。
This paper analyzes the phenomenon of ＂career plateau＂ of university librarians, and advances the tactics of people-based management to help the university librarians walk out of the period of ＂career plateau＂.
