论述了信息管理系统化的煤炭企业成本管理方式,分析了煤炭企业信息化的战略生产成本管理,阐述了煤炭企业实现战略成本管理的目标。
This paper discusses the modes of cost management in coal enterprise with information management systematization, analyzes the cost management of strategical production with informatization in the coal enterprise, and expounds the targets of coal enterprise realizing the strategical cost management.
