This paper probes into the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship between librarians from aspects of establishing the consciousness of serving the readers, making the bodystorming with the readers, strengthening the communication and interaction between the librarians and readers, providing good humanistic solicitude for the readers, and improving the comprehensive qualities of the librarians, etc..
