摘要 为了分析活塞环结构参数对其润滑性能的影响,以流体润滑理论为基础,发展了一种活塞环流体动压润滑数值分析模型。在此基础上,对比分析了不同结构参数对活塞环润滑性能的影响。计算结果表明:活塞环结构参数对其润滑性能有着很大的影响,在设计活塞环时应综合考虑各种影响因素。分析计算结果为活塞环的摩擦学设计及优化提供了参考依据。 In order to analyze the influences of structural parameters on the lubrication performances for piston ring, a hydrodynamic lubrication model based on hydrodynamic theory was developed. Then the influence comparison of different structural parameters on lubrication performances for piston ring was made. The results show that the structural parameters have greatly influence on lubrication performance, so all effect factors should be considered when the piston ring is designed. The conclusions drawn from this study will benefit to the process of tribological design and structural parameter optimization of piston ring.
