摘要
通过对浅孔动压注水、快速移架和优化四连杆机构等技术的研究及实施,有效地解决了复杂条件下煤壁的片帮和冒顶问题;通过对液压支架防滑和防倒技术的研究和实施,有效地控制和减缓了液压支架的下滑、倒架挤架现象,有利地支持了复杂条件下综放工作面的高产高效。
By researching on and applicating the technology of dynamic pressure waterflooding in short holes, quickly moving the supports and optimizing the four- bar linkage, problems of coal wall spalling and top coal caving in the complex conditions are well solved. By researching on and applicating the technology of tilting and slippage prevention of hydraulic support, the tilting and slippage, collapsing and slanting of hydraulic sup- port are controlled efficiently. All these measures are helpful for realizing high output and efficiency of fully mechanized sublevel caving mining face.
