淬硬钢Cr12MoV高速铣削刀具磨损的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对淬硬钢Cr12MoV进行了高速铣削研究,重点研究了铣削条件对刀具磨损的影响。结果表明:铣削方式、刀具螺旋角以及润滑方式对刀具磨损的影响是不同的;材料硬度HRC50时,刀具螺旋角是刀具磨损的主要影响因素;材料硬度HRC60时,润滑方式是刀具磨损的主要影响因素;采用顺铣加工方式可以延缓刀具磨损。 High speed milling quench steel Crl2MoV is studied. The effect of milling conditions on tool wear is focused on. The results show that effects of the ways of milling, helix angle of tool and lubricating on tool wear are different. The parameter of helix angle is main factor when the material hardness is lower than HRCS0. Meanwhile, the way of lubrication is a main factor when the material hardness is up HRC60. The clockwise milling way can prolong the tool wear.
