摘要
研究了20CrNi2Mo钢的热处理工艺及力学性能,并与20Cr2Ni4钢的热处理工艺和力学性能进行了对比实验。结果表明,20CrNi2Mo钢合金元素配比合理,切削性能良好,热处理工艺简单,力学性能与同20Cr2Ni4钢接近,可以代替20Cr2Ni4钢作为重载齿轮材料。
The heat treating process and mechanical properties of 20CrNi2Mo steel are studied and compared with 20Cr2Ni4 steel. The results of the experiment show that, the proportion of 20CrNi2Mo steel alloying ele- ments is reasonable, the cutting performance is good, the heat treatment is simple. So it is viable fully that 20Cr2Ni4 steel can be substitued by 20CrNi2Mo steel as the materials of heavy duty gear.
