对能实现较大张紧行程的几种带式输送机张紧装置进行了分析,认为液压张紧装置具有工作平稳、可靠、性能完善和调节方便等优点,是一种较先进、理想的张紧装置。对以油缸为执行元件,实现张紧,用慢速绞车对张紧小车进行较大距离牵引和调动的液压张紧装置进行了研讨,做了总体结构和液压系统设计,分析了工作原理。

Analyzes the belt tensioning device commonly used which can achieve greater tension itinerary, hydraulic tensioning device works steadily and reliably, its performance is perfect, and the adjustment is convenient. So it is quite advanced, the ideal stretching device. Has studied one kind which takes the cylinder as the functional element to realize tension , to tightens the car, with the slow winch to get the great distance hauling and the reassignment, and what＇ s more made the design of the overall structure and hydraulic system, also the analysis of the principle.
