摘要
基于当前二次创新和技术赶超理论的研究,分析了技术非连续性和价值体系变迁对技术赶超的挑战,指出根据技术自身演化特点和技术演进中的价值体系变迁对企业进行能力重构,才能保证赶超的成功,提出了技术赶超过程中能力重构的综合分析框架.
Based on current research of theory of Secondary innovation and technology catching-up, it firstly analyzes the challenge of technological discontinuities and the change of value system to technology catchingup, and suggests the capability reconfiguration mechanism is the key factor of successful technology catchingup according to the characters of technological discontinuities and the change of value system. It builds an integrative research frame of the capability reconfiguration mechanisms.
