摘要
工作性质与个体特征,是界定知识员工这一概念的两个基本构面;从知识工作出发,当前知识员工研究的主要课题集中在知识员工的工作特性、激励与流失等研究方面;未来有关知识员工研究,会更注重对知识工作环境与系统的研究、多学科的研究模式、具体情境中的干预性研究.
The work nature and the individual characteristics are the two basic dimensions to define knowledge workers. The current researches on knowledge workers focus on the knowledge work' s characteristics, the turnover of knowledge workers, the knowledge worker motivation and so on. The trends of researches on knowledge workers will pay more attention to the researches on environments and systems of knowledge work, the multidisciplinary research models and the intervention studies in specific situation.
