对中国大学专利实施现状进行了综述,对比美国大学专利相关研究情况,从大学专利的技术特点、专利申请特点和专利实施环境分析我国大学专利实施中存在的问题,并从技术、人才、制度三个方面,结合实际案例对大学建立有利于专利实施的人员激励、专利管理和产学研模式提出建议.

It sums up the status quo of patent implementation in China＇s universities, compares the researches relative to patents in US universities, and analyzes the problems of patent implementation in China＇s universities from aspects of the characteristics of universities＇ patent technologies and patent application, and the environment of patent implementation. Combined with a case study, it puts forward some suggestions concerning personal excitation, patent management and industry-university-research institute integration mode for effective implementation of patent from the aspects of technology, talent persons and system.
