Empirical Study on Top Management Support Influencing User Participation During Implementing ERP Project

摘要在关于信息系统成功的研究中,高层管理支持和用户参与是两个至关重要的变量。文章在文献基础上将用户参与分为用户实际参与和用户期望参与,通过问卷调查ERP项目中的用户,结果显示高层管理支持对用户实际参与有显著影响,而对用户期望参与没有显著影响。 Top management support and user participation are the critical factors of information system success. Based on reviewing the references, we divide user participation into actual participation and desired participation. By investigating users in ERP project, we draw the conclusions that top management support has effect on user actual participation, not on user desired participation.
