摘要
在实验研究的基础上,对层流罩的两个工况进行数值模拟,通过与实验结果比较,证明了选用模型具有较高的计算精度,进而对不同围挡高度下的速度场和污染物浓度场进行模拟,结果表明为了保证围挡内速度场的单向流特性,围挡距地高度不宜大于0.8m,如果考虑工作面的洁净度,围挡高度不宜大于0.5m。和实验结果基本一致。
Numerical simulation is conducted under search. Through comparison with experimental results, two working conditions based on the experimental remodels is demonstrated to obtain high computational accuracy. Furthermore velocity and contaminant field are simulated under different softwall height. In order to keep the unidirectional air flow, the simulation result shows that the distance from the bottom of softwall to the ground must be less than 0.8m, and if the cleanness of working plane is considered, the distance must be less than 0.5m, the simulation results agree well with experiment one basically.
