摘要 建立多项目调度模型已经成为复杂产品开发多项目计划和控制的基础。分析了复杂产品开发多项目调度的特点,指出目前已经提出的多项目调度建模方法不能全面的体现和描述上述特点,提出了用着色Petri网建立多项目调度模型的具体思路和方法,即在着色Petri网颜色定义的基础上,利用着色网的颜色、层次等特点描述多项目调度的相似性、开放性和层次性,利用着色网的守卫函数、弧函数和双向弧等方法描述多项目调度的冲突性、技术关联性和迭代性,文章简要阐述了模型实例和分析方法,最后给出结论和下一步工作。 The modeling of multi-project scheduling is one indispensable parts of multi-project management of complex product development. The characteristics of the scheduling were analyzed. The modeling methods available did not satisfy the request of multi-project modeling. The CPN (Coloured Petri Nets)-based model was proposed, that is, on the basis of definition of CPN colors, modelling comparability ,hierarchy, conflict of multi-project scheduling by the hierarchy and colors of CPN and describing the relevancy of technology, openness and iterativeness of multi-project scheduling by the guard function, arc function and bidirectional arc of CPN. The typical example and analysis method were introduced, and the result and the next work were given.
