摘要
基于网格理论和有限元理论,建立了某型导弹复合材料发射筒的结构模型,计算了水压加载下的应变情况。与发射筒水压试验检测数据比较,仿真数据表明,网格理论误差较大,无法对发射筒效能有效性进行评估,有限元模型与检测数据模拟较为精确,且能有效地确定应变最大部位。通过对发射筒进行弹射动态加载,完成对发射筒弹射工况下整体应变的计算,仿真模型计算表明,利用有限元方法可有效分析发射筒弹射工况下的应变模拟仿真。
Based on the mesh theory and the finite element (FE) theory, the configuration model of a certain missile composites launch canister wad established, and the strain was computed under the hydraulic pressure condition. Compared with the experimentation of the launch under the hydraulic pressure, it could be found that the error computed by the mesh theory was very bigger, and it could not be used to evaluate the launch canister characteristic effectively, and the data of FE model was to be good agreement with results for the meastLring data, and it could effectively confirm the bigger position. By dynamic launch load to the canister under launch condition, the launch canister property under launch condition could be evaluated. The simulation model showed the strain of the launch canister under the launch work condition could be analyzed effectively by the FE model.
