时敏打击系统作战效能评估与效费分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于时敏打击系统的作战流程,提出了系统的作战效能评估方法,并对相关影响因素进行了分析。考虑到时敏打击系统作战效能与作战费用之间的博弈关系,又提出了一种时敏打击系统的效费分析方法。实例分析中,利用遗传算法对系统作战资源进行了优化配置。结果分析表明了效费分析对于系统设计与构建有着积极的作用,也暗示了无人作战平台将在打击时敏目标领域扮演重要角色。 Based on the combat flow of system for destroying time-sensitive target, a method of operational effectiveness evaluation was proposed and some influential factors were analyzed. Considering competitive game-theory relations between operational effectiveness and combat cost, a synthetic method of cost-effectiveness analysis was proposed. In the example, operational resources of system for destroying time-sensitive target were optimized by genetic algorithms method. Operation results indicate that the cost-effectiveness analysis has active effect for design and construction of system for destroying time-sensitive target, and imply that UCAVs will act important roles in destroying time-sensitive targets.
