Education of Thinking Mode:the Basis of Psychological Health Education for the Youth

思维方式教育是心理健康教育的有益补充。由于思维方式包括了价值标准、思维视野、观念因素、思维方法等内容,因而它也是实现心理健康教育与价值观教育、思想品德教育整合的基础。对于思维和心理都处在形成发展过程中的青少年来说,思维方式教育应该是心理健康教育的重要组成部分,是心理健康教育的基础性工作。心理健康教育必须与思维方式教育同步进行。

Education of thinking mode is a beneficial complement of psychological health education. Since thinking mode consists of such contents as value criterice, thinking perspective, point of view element and thinking methodology, it is the basis of the combination of psychological health education, value education and moral education. For the youth whose thinking and psychology are still in the process of development, education of thinking mode should be a basic and important component of their psychological health education. So the educations of osvchological fiealth and thinking mode must be carried out simultaneously.
