以山东省中学和高校竞技健美操带队训练的教练员为研究对象,对目前学校竞技健美操教练员的现状进行调查分析,得出以下结论:山东省学校竞技健美操教练员队伍学历结构较合理,年龄结构趋于年轻化;教练员执训态度比较积极,但专业化水平较低,专业技能和训练水平有待进一步提高;教练员训练方法、单一,缺乏创新能力,科研能力较低以及教练员训练水平滞后于运动员的发展要求等。

It investigated the status of school competitive aerobic coaches of middle schools and higher institutes in Shandong. It found that the construction of education level of school competitive aerobic coaches in Shandong is reasonable, tends to juvenscence;the training attitude of coach is active and correctitude but less specialization; the professional skill and training level should improve further; the training method is singleness, lacks creative ability, and their scientific research ability is low and the training level of coaches lags the developing requirement of athletes.
