摘要
研究了以甲醛、乙醛、氢氧化钠为原料经缩合反应合成单季戊四醇的方法。考察了反应温度、甲醛浓度、乙醛进料浓度、甲醛乙醛配比、反应时间等因素的影响,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,w(甲醛)=20%,乙醛进料w=20%,甲醛乙醛量比5∶1,反应时间90 min。
A process for the preparation of mono-pentaerythritol by condensation of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde with sodium hydrate as base was studied,and effect of reaction temperature and time,concentration of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde,and molar ratio of reactants was investigated.The optimum reaction condition was determined as follows: concentration of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde both as 20%,molar ratio of formaldehyde to acetaldehyde as 5∶1 and reaction at 60℃ for 90 min.
