对贫困家庭学生免费实施职业教育有利于实现教育公平、缩小贫富差距和实现人才强国战略目标。社会技能型人才需求激增，职业教育体系日趋完善，国家财力显著增强，使实施贫困生免费职业教育制度的条件日趋成熟。为此，要提高认识、加强宣传、广泛动员，加大投入力度。挖掘职业学校办学潜力，建立和完善相关规章制度，实现这一民心工程。

Implementing free vocational education on students form poverty family conducive to realize the goal of education equity, decreasing the poverty gap and strengthen the nation with talent. With the surge social demand for skilled talent, vocational education system being perfected and national finance being increased, the condition of implementing free vocational education on poverty students is more and more ripe. To this end, government and vocational schools should improve awareness, strengthen propaganda, mobilize widely, increase investment, develop potential of school-running, establish and perfect the relevant regulations.
