摘要
企业岗位培训存在着三种基本的价值取向,即员工个体发展为本、企业生产促进为本、关键性问题解决为本。三者基于不同的哲学根基,有着充分的社会科学理论依据,并就人类个体、组织和社会本质作出了不同假设与解读,在此基础上形成了不同的预期目标及最终结果。三者各有优势与局限,应根据企业具体情况作出合理取舍。
There arc three kinds of value orientation exists in enterprise post training, including on the basis of employee's individual development, on the basis of enterprise production's improvement, on the basis of key point's solution. Based on different philosophy basis, they own their sufficient theoretical foundation on social science, make different hypothesis and unscramble for human individuality, organization and the nature of society, to form different anticipated goal and final result. They each has its own advantage and limitation, we should make a choice according to the concrete condition of enterprise.
