摘要
20世纪80年代出生并进城务工的第二代农民工与第一代农民工、城市居民相比有其特殊性,受这些特殊性及特定社会环境影响,其在个体教育需求上呈现出与以往不同的特点,体现为:主观愿望强烈,热衷于各种技能培训;目的以职业准备需要为主,且带有明显的功利性色彩;形式表现出多层次、多样化模式;接受教育的学习内容、方法不明确,有一定盲目性等。
Compared with the first generation peasantry workers and urban residents, the second generation peasantry workers who were born in 1980s and went into the city to find jobs have their particularity. With the influence of these particularity and the given society environment, their individual educational requirement presents some new different characteristic. It is embodied that they have great will to get skill training, their aim is give priority to the preparation of the job requirement and has obvious utilitarian trend, the forms show multilayer and diversification, the content and means are ambiguity and also have some blindness etc.
