安徽省区域间不同资本的分配研究

Different Capital Assignment in Different Regions of Anhui Province

为了解一省资本流动的运动趋势、深入研究省内资本的运动规律,必须先透彻了解省内资本分配的具体情况。本文将安徽省划分为沿江、皖南、皖北、皖中四大区域,对改革开放特别是90年代以来影响省内资本分布的各个因素——区域经济增长差异、财政转移支付差异、信贷投放差异、外商直接投资利用差异进行了深入分析并对四者所反映出来的情况与问题做了系统研究,从而发现省内资本流动的一些趋势及特点。

In order to understand the circulation of capital movement in a province and make research of capital movement laws, we must first thoroughly understand the capital distribution of Anhui Province in detail. This article divides Anhui Province into four regions： areas along the Yangtze River, and the areas in the south, north and in the central part. It studies the factors that influence the distribution of capital since the beginning of reform： The regional difference of economic growth, financial transfer payment, credit delivery and foreign direct investment. We make a thorough analysis and a systematic research on the above four factors, and find the capital flow tendencies and characteristics, which not only provides some foundation for further studies of the capital circulation in Anhui Province, but also for people who want to understand the distribution of the capital distribution in Anhui Province.
