摘要
利用X—ray,SEM扫描电镜及晶相微区分析等方法探讨了稀土氧化物对高铝质耐火制品烧成时莫来石化现象的影响.研究发现,增加稀土氧化物的加入量,可使高铝质制品在烧成过程中的莫来石化程度增加,莫来石晶粒的显微尺寸变短晶粒变粗,从而导致制品的烧成线膨胀性减小,制品密度提高,气孔率下降,改善高铝质耐火制品的各项物理性能.
The influence of rare earth oxide on the twice crystallizing of Mullite in high-alumina refractory was studied by X-ray, SEM and AES. The result indicates that the twice crystallizing of mullite in high-alumina refractory was changed when the quantity of rare earth oxide increased, so that the linear expansion was decreased; the density was increased; the apparent porosity was decreased and the compressive strength was increased because of the change in dimension of Mullite grain when specimens were sintered.
