The use of unit prefix for the common physical quantities including %, ppm and 10^-3 m^2in most scientific-technical journals has problems at present. According to the state standard and trade norm, the normal representation methods, which can provide the discussion for the editors of scientific-technical journals and research personnel, were presented.
