Determination of the Chlorogenic Acid in Suke Ganmao Tablets by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

摘要 应用高效毛细管区带电泳测定速克感冒片中绿原酸的含量.色谱条件:20 mmol/L硼砂缓冲体系,pH 8.55,分离电压25 kV,检测波长254 nm,分离温度25℃,内标物苯甲酸钠.结果:在0.002-0.010 mg/mL浓度范围内,绿原酸和苯甲酸钠峰面积比成线性关系:y=225.85x+0.180 1,(R2=0.998 9),平均回收率104.0%,精密度的RSD2.9%,重复性的RSD 1.7%.  Capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE) was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Suke Ganmao Tablets.The buffer solution used in this method was pH 8.55 and 20 mmol/L sodium borate solution.Under 25℃,the applied voltage was 25 kV,and the wavelength of detection was 254 nm.Sodium benzoate was used as internal standard and 50% methanol was used as extraction.The content of chlorogenic acid was 0.047% in Suke Ganmao Tablets.The calibration curve was y=225.85x+0.180 1,and R^2 was 0.998 9.The average recovery was 104.0%,the RSD of precision and repetition were 2.9% and 1.7%,respectively.
