摘要 对吉林省2003年的生态足迹进行了实证计算和分析,结果表明,吉林省2003年的生态足迹需求为2.66 hm2/cap,生态足迹供给为1.89 hm2/cap,生态赤字为0.77 hm2/cap.其中,化石燃料用地生态足迹需求在总生态足迹需求中所占比例最大;人均生态协调系数DS=1.265,且ef>gf,表明吉林省处于生态不协调状况;万元GDP的生态足迹为2.804 hm2,明显高于全国平均水平,表明该地区的资源利用效率较低.在分析吉林省生态赤字产生的五个原因的基础上,文章提出了五个改进措施:重视农产品的深加工,提高土壤肥力和土壤保水能力,加强牧草地管理力度,调整产业结构、改善能源结构,树立科学发展观等.  This study introduces the concept of ecological footprint and its calculation, which track regional economies' energy and resource throughput and translates them into biologically productive areas necessary to produce these flows.Based on the ecological footprint concept and analysis framework,human consumption can be compared with regional-level natural capital production,using exiting data. The article calculates and analyses the ecological footprint of Jilin Province in 2003.In the case of Jilin Province,whose ecological demand is 2.66 hm^2/cap and ecological supply is 1.89 hm^2/cap,the ecological deficit is 0.77 hm^2/cap.The resources used surpass the resources supply by 40.7%,and the development at this rate is unsustainable.Eventually,five proposals indispensable for further improvement are put forward.
