摘要
在医学图像处理的过程中,由于显微镜头的客观限制,使得在获取高分辨率图像的同时不能获得较为宽阔的视野,这样就给医学图像的后续分析等操作带来不便,于是全景图技术被引入。对于匹配采用一种基于积分图像的局部块匹配技术来加速匹配过程。另外,由于取样的物体与承载物件存在高度差异,或由于光源的强弱变化,使得全景图的明暗色度并不完全一致,因此,在全景图技术中一个重要的环节就是进行平滑处理,使得各个分图像在拼接之后能在明暗色度上有很好的融合。对于平滑处理,使用一种快速的复合加权的权重函数来进行平滑处理。实验结果证实,这种处理方法是有效的。
In the medical image processing,due to the confinement of the microscope,the wide microscopic image with high resolution cannot be acquired.Considering the convenience for the subsequent analysis and process,the panorama has been introduced.Here,we have used a local block match method based on integral image to accelerate the matching procedure.Besides,due to the height difference between the object and the support platform,or the strength variation of the light,the brightness would not be uniform in the final panorama.Therefore,a crucial step in panorama has been used to smooth the seams brought by stitching in order to show uniform in brightness.Here,a multi-weight function has been proposed to accomplish the smoothing work.The experiment shows that our proposed mehtod is valid.
