摘要
目前,各国对食品添加剂的种类、质量指标、用途和限量等都有明确的法典规定。在我国,中华人民共和国食品卫生法(1995)是惟一一部对食品添加剂及其生产使用过程中有关卫生和安全问题做出规定的国家法律。卫生部于2002年发布的食品添加剂卫生管理办法对食品添加剂企业的审批和监管等作了具体的规定。
Nowadays, a number of countries have established specific regulations for food additives' categories, quality criteria, usage and dosage. In China, Food Hygiene Law of the People' s Republic of China (1995) is the only state law regulates food additives and their sanitation and safety during processing. GB 2760-1996 is a compul-sory state standard that regulates food additives' usage and dosage.From May IS'1, 2007, 124 kinds of human food and animal feed additives are listed in the Entry-Exit Commdities Subject to the Inspection and Quarantine by CIQ, such as vaseline, sodium chloride and inose. It has shown that the legislation and supervision of food additives in China is becoming stricter.As one of the most active economic systems in world, EU applies rapid alert system on food and feedstuff (RASFF) as a typical super-vision method. RASFF announces food safety situation to their members weekly. In USA, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) directly participates in legislation and supervision of food additives. And Japan regulation of food additives was issued in 1957. In the end of the paper, the author pointed out the natural and safe food additives is becoming the trend of industry.
