Safety Analysis and Research on China Plastic Food Packaging

1.前言食品包装被称作是'特殊食品添加剂',它是现代食品工业的最后一道工序,在一定程度上,食品包装已经成为食品不可分割的重要组成部分,它起着保护商品质量和卫生,不损失原始成分和营养,方便贮运,促进销售,延长货架期和提高商品价值的重要作用。自从50年代聚偏二氯乙烯用于食品包装以来,塑料包装材料用于食品包装日益增多。

Plastic package was now widely used because of its excellent performances, and the safety problem of food packaging made consumers focus on the security of packing materials. 6 kinds of most widely used plastic package, including PE, PP, PS, PVC, PET and PVDC, were introduced in this paper about their quality and safety characteristics. Some important regulations and standards for plastic package of EU and China were described in detail in this paper, furthermore suggestions for how to deal with the safety problem of food plastic package were also proposed at the end of this paper.
