摘要
阐述了一般经济系统外灰要素影响的存在性，提出了包括灰要素影响量在内的灰色投入产出理论与模型。
In this paper, we expound the existence of grey factors influence beyond man control system, present grey factors input output theory and model involving grey factors. Also, we inquire the rules of accepting or rejecting of grey factors and quantitative model of grey factors influence.
