摘要
[目的]为了检测浙江禾益农化有限公司新研制生产的20%腐霉利悬浮剂防治黄瓜菌核病的最佳使用剂量和防治效果。[方法]采用随机区组试验设计,喷施20%腐霉利悬浮剂600倍液、800倍液、1 200倍液、50%扑海因悬浮剂1000倍液和喷清水(CK)共5个处理,进行效果对比试验。[结果]第3次药后10 d,20%腐霉利悬浮剂600倍液、800倍液、1200倍液、50%扑海因的平均防治效果分别为72.70%、65.35%、56.72%、74.19%,其中800倍液防效极显著高于1200倍液处理。[结论]20%腐霉利悬浮剂600倍液、800倍液处理结果与对照药剂50%扑海因悬浮剂1000倍液处理防效相当。在无公害蔬菜生产中,为避免单一使用同一种农药而导致病菌抗药性的上升,可以使用其600~800倍液防治黄瓜菌核病。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to examine the optimum dosage and control effect of 20% procymidone suspending agent on cucumber sclerotium disease,which was newly developed and produced by Zhejiang Heyi Pesticide & Chemicals Co.[Method] In the comparison experiment with randomized block design,5 treatments of spraying 20% procymidone suspending agent diluted 600,800 and 1 200 times,50% iprodione suspending agent diluted 1 000 times and water(CK) were set up to study their efficacy in field.[Result] On the 10th day after the third application,the average control effects of 20% procymidone suspending agent diluted 600,800 and 1 200 times,50% iprodione were 72.70%,65.35%, 56.72% and 74.19% resp.,in which the effect of 20%procymidone agent diluted 800 times was extremely significantly higher than that diluted 1 200 times.[Conclusion] The treatment results of 20% procymidone suspending agent diluted 600 times,800 times correspond with that of comparison pesticide 50% iprodione suspending agent diluted 1 000 times.20% procymidone suspending agent diluted 600~800 times could be used to control cucumber sclerotium disease and avoid pesticide-resistance of pathogen increasing caused by using the same pesticide singly in pollution-free vegetable production.
