摘要
[目的]蝉拟青霉在害虫防治上有很大的优越性。研究了蝉拟青霉菌株对中药材板蓝根蚜虫的防治效果。[方法]通过生物测定法,对蝉拟青霉4个菌株致病性进行了测定。[结果]蝉拟青霉分生孢子、菌丝、发酵代谢产物均对蚜虫有一定的杀蚜效果。蝉拟青霉侵染蚜虫处理48 h后3 L菌株发酵产物对蚜虫的致死率最高,可达94.38%;处理7 d后孢子对蚜虫的校正死亡率可达83.52%,菌丝对蚜虫的校正死亡率可达82.35%。[结论]蝉拟青霉3716菌株和3L菌株对蚜虫的致死效果佳,作为蚜虫生物防治因子有较大的潜力。
[Objective] Paecilomyces cicadae had great superiority in pest control.The research aimed to study the control effect of P.cicadae strains on aphids in Chinese medicine Radix isatidis A.[Method] The pathogenicity of 4 P.cicadae strains were measured by biology determination method.[Result] Conidiophore,mycelium,fermentation metabolite of P.cicadae all had some effects of killing aphids.After strains infecting treatment on aphids by P.cicadae for 48 hours,the lethal rate of the fermentation products of 3L strain was highest,being 94.38%.After the infecting treatment on aphids for 7 days,the corrected mortality of spore against aphids reached 83.52% and that of mycelium against aphids reached 82.35%.[Conclusion] 3716 strain and 3L strain of P.cicadae had best lethal effect and greater potential as biological control factor against aphids.
