摘要
目的:观察自拟苍苓葛根汤治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:将200例患者随机分为2组,对照组80例以思密达、金双歧治疗。治疗组120例以苍苓葛根汤治疗。观察2组腹泻症状改善情况并比较疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.50%,对照组为71.25%。2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟苍苓葛根汤治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著优于思密达、金双歧。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Caug Ling Gegen De- cection(苍苓葛根汤)for children autumn diarrhea.Methods:Two hundred children patients with autumn diarrhea were randomized into two groups:the control group (n=80)received Smecta and golden bifid,and the treatment group received Cang Ling Gegen Decoction.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Re- suits:The total effective rate was in 92.50% the treatment group and 71.25% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cang Ling Gegen Decoction has a better effect for children autumn diarrhea than Smecta and golden bifid.
