生蜂蜜合云南白药外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡33例疗效观察

Effect of External Application of Raw Honey and Yunnan Balyao for Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer:An Observation of 33 Cases

目的:观察生蜂蜜合云南白药外敷治疗糖尿病足部溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将63例糖尿病足部溃疡Wagner分级属2～3级的患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(30例);2组均采用相同的综合治疗,在此基础上,治疗组创面以生蜂蜜合云南白药混匀剂(生蜂蜜10mL:云南白药1g)外敷;对照组用0.5%的雷佛奴尔纱条合654-2注射液10mg湿敷。均每天换药1次,观察4周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈12例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率90.9%;对照组痊愈9例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率76.7%。2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,所有痊愈病例均为Wagner分级2级患者,所有无效病例均为Wagner分级3级患者。结论:在全身综合治疗的基础上,生蜂蜜合云南白药外敷治疗糖尿病足深部溃疡具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of raw honey and Yunnan Baiyao(云南白药)for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU).Methods:Sixty-three DFU patients at the stages of 2～3 in Wagner Scale were randomized into two groups:the control group(n=30)received comprehensive therapy and external application of 0.5% rivanol gauze with 10mg 654-2 injection on the ulcer,the treatment group(n=33)received comprehensive therapy and external application of the mixture of raw honey and Yunnan Baiyao(10mL:1g).Dressing change was done once per day.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 weeks. Results:In the treatment group,12 patients were cured,18 effective,3 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.9%.In the control groop,9 patients were cured, 14 effective,7 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05). All of the cured patients were at the second Wagner stage,and the ineffective patients at the third stage.Conclusion:On the basis of comprehensive therapy,external ap- plication of raw honey and Yunnan Baiyao has a better effect for DFU.
