摘要
目的:研究E-cadherin(E-cad)及其相关蛋白α、β、γ-catenin(α、β、γ-cat)在胰腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其与胰腺癌临床病理学特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P方法检测E-cad和α、β、γ-cat在40例胰腺癌标本中的表达。结果:E-cad和α、β、γ-cat的异常表达与淋巴结转移和远处转移密切相关(P<0.05,P<0.05)。E-cad和α-cat的表达异常与组织学分级显著相关(P<0.05)。联合分析E-cad,α、β、γ-cat发现任两个和两个以上蛋白表达组的淋巴结转移,远处转移率高,与任一蛋白和无蛋白表达组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:E-cad,α、β、γ-cat表达的联合检测可望提高判断胰腺癌恶性程度和转移的准确性、灵敏性,为术后辅助治疗提供依据。
Objective: This study was designed to determin the expression of E- cadherin and α、β、γ- catenin in pancreatic carcinoma and investigate their relationship with clinicopathologic characteristics of pancreatic cancer. Methods: The expression of E- cadherin and α、β、γ- catenin was detected in 40 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues by immunohistochemical technique. Results: The abnormal expression of E - cadherin and α、β、γ - catenin was significantly correlated with lymph nodes and distant metastases(P 〈 0.05, P〈0.05), The abnormal expression of E - cadherin and α- catenin was also strictly correlated with differentiation of pancreatic cancer patients(P〈0.05). When all the four proteins (E- cadherin, α、β、γ- catenin) were analyzed as one group , a significant association was found between the abnormal expression of two or more of these four proteins and the metastases of pancreatic cancer(P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: When all the four proteins(E - cadherin, α、β、γ-catenin) are considered together, the accuracy and sensitivity indicating metastases of pancreatic cancer cound be increased.
