CD10在恶性肿瘤及间质细胞中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CD10在乳腺浸润性癌肌上皮细胞,子宫内膜间质肉瘤及胃癌组织间质细胞中的表达及其与肿瘤的生物学行为、预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测34例恶性肿瘤及间质细胞CD10的表达。结果:乳腺浸润性癌17例中,肌上皮细胞CD10(+)4例(4/17,23.5%);胃癌15例中,间质细胞CD10(+)5例(5/15,33.3%);子宫内膜间质肉瘤2例中,肿瘤细胞CD10(+)2例(2/2,100%)。乳腺浸润性癌中肌上皮细胞CD10(+)23.5%者,表达呈非连续或部分缺失,提示CD10对肌上皮细胞的存在与否有十分重要的作用,可鉴别原位癌和浸润癌;胃癌中间质细胞CD10(+)表达者,淋巴结转移率较CD10(-)者高;子宫内膜间质肉瘤,高度恶性者CD10表达率为100%。结论:乳腺的肌上皮细胞CD10表达阳性者预示着浸润性癌的成分少,预后较好;间质细胞CD10表达阳性的恶性肿瘤,提示预后差,肿瘤的恶性程度高,淋巴结转移率高等特点。 Objective:To explore clinicopathologic expression and biological behavior and prognosis of CD10 in Myoepithelial cells of mammary invasive carcinoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma and gastric cancer. Methods: To use immunohistochemistry to detect expressions of CD10 stromal cells of malignant tumor from 34 cases. Results:Of 17 mammary invasive carcinoma cases, Myoepithelial cells CD10 of two cases ( + )(4/17, 23.5 % ); in 15 cases of gastric cancer, stromal cells CD10 of two cases ( + ) (5/15, 33.3%) ; in 2 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma , tumor cells CD10 ( + ) (2/2,100%) . In invasive carcinoma , CD10 ( + ) 23.5 % of myoep- ithlial cells shows noncontinuty or part of lack, prompting CD10 is important for existence or inexistence of myoepithelial cells , which differentiates preinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma ;in the expression of stromal cells CD10 ( + ) from gastric cancer, the incidence of lymphatic metastasis was higher than CD10 ( - ) ; the expression rates of high malignant CD10 in endometrial stromal sarcoma were 100 % . Conclusions: The positive of myoepithelial cells of breast indicates less composition of invasive carcinoma and better prognosis. The positive expression of stromal cells CD10 of malignant tumor indecates characteristics of bad prognosis , high malignant degree of tumor and incidence of lymphatic metastasis.
