一次献血200～400ml的回顾性分析

目的:分析无偿献血者中发生献血反应的原因和影响因素,探讨一次献血从200ml向400ml转移的可行性。方法:对34 766例无偿献血者,根据不同献血量的年龄、性别、职业、空腹与否、献血方式、献血次数、体重、心理因素、疲劳等统计分析。结果:在不同献血量不同情况下,献血反应与献血量没有直接关系,也与年龄、性别、体重没有直接关系,而与空腹与否、心理因素、疲劳、职业、献血次数、献血方式等有关。结论:在做好无偿献血的宣教工作,严格执行体检标准和详细的献血前健康征询,提高医务人员的技术水平,创造良好的献血环境的前提下,一次献血完全能够从200ml向400ml转移。

Objective： To analyse the reasons and factors of blood donation response in voluntary blood donors and discuss the feasibility of transfer ring the volume from 200 ml to 400 ml once. Methods：According to age、sex、 profession、 limosis or riot, manner and times of blood donation, avoirdupois、 psychological factors and fatigue of donors with different volume of blood donation, statistical analysis of 34 766 cases voluntary blood donors have been carried out. Results： On condition of different volume and instance, blood donation response has not direct relation with volume, age, sex and avoirdupois, but has relation with limosis or not, psychological factors, fatigue, profession and manner and times of blood donation. Conclusion： Only if good work of propaganda and education、carrying out strict health examination standard, detailed health consultation before blood donation, improving technical level of medical personnel and creating a good environment of blood donation, blood donation volume entirely could be transferred from 200 ml to 400 ml once.
