不典型肺动脉栓塞14例误诊分析

Analysis of The Misdiagnosed in 14 Nontypical Pulmonary Embolism Patients

目的：了解肺动脉栓塞（PE）误诊的常见原因,提高对PE的诊断意识。方法：对我院心内科1999年3月～2005年10月误诊的14例PE患者临床表现、危险因素及辅助检查等进行了回顾性研究。结果：误诊为冠心病心力衰竭9例;非ST段抬高性心肌梗死1例;冠心病心绞痛2例;心源性晕厥1例;冠心病合并肺部感染1例。结论：PE是一个人们认识不足的疾病,应予以重视,加强鉴别诊断的能力,减少误诊发生。

Objective：To study the reason of misdiagnosed pulmonary embolism and to improve the identification of PE. Methods： Retrospective study of clinical manifestations, risk factors and accessoryexaminations in the 14 cases of misdiagnosed pulmonary embolism in our department. Results： Misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease,heart failure 9 cases, non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction lcase, angina pectoris 2 cases, cardiogenic syncope 1 case, coronary heart disease and lung infection 1 case. Conclusion： PE is an important and commonly encountered disease, which is not recognized well enough yet by chinese doctors. Early diagnosis and treament without delay is critical to the prognosis, so clinicians should be familiar with PE characteristics to reduce its misdiagnosis.
