摘要
在特高压线路的铁塔设计中,对铁塔主材提出了采用Q420及Q460超高强热轧等边角钢的建议,在设计计算中,不论采用我国现行《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》,还是美国ANSI/ASCE10-97导则,均会遇到一个W/t,即角钢肢宽与厚度之比的问题。文章就此问题,对设计理念及方法提出推析与建议的设计计算方法,以求超高强钢材能早日应用于线路铁塔之中。
In UHV transmission tower design, it is recommended that Q420 and Q460 super high strength hot rolled steel angle should be used as main membrs for tower structure. However, during design calculation, the ratio of steel angle edge width to its thickness, W/t, will be a problem either using current domestic technical regulations in pole and tower design, or using U.S. ASCE guidelines. Aiming at the problem, this paper analyzes design ideas and methods, and proposes recommended design calculation methods to expediate the usage of super high strength steel in tower design.
