摘要
国外厂商对阀厅的设计往往采用钢结构典型设计。在对国外的设计进行优化后,考虑结构的防火及承重功能,换流站阀厅和主控楼主体承重结构采用钢筋混凝土结构、阀厅屋盖采用轻型有檩屋盖结构体系、主控楼楼(屋)面采用以临时模板为支撑的普通钢筋混凝土板、围护结构采用普通粘土砖墙或加气混凝土砌块墙的结构设计方案,此结构功能合理,适合我国国情,具有良好经济效益。
Foreign manufacturers often use typical steel structures in their valve hall designs. However, considering structural fire proofing and load bearing functions, foreign designs are modified and optimized. The new design uses reinforced concrete structure in load bearing structure of the main body of converter station valve hall and central control building; light roof with purline are used for valve hall; regular reinforced concrete slabs supported by temporary molding boards are used in central control building roof; clay brick wall or concrete block wall is used for enclosures. The new structure design is functionally sound, fits the situation of the nation and has good economical benefits.
