摘要
目前大容量汽机基础的二次灌浆后容易出现系列质量问题,如垫块气泡偏多,二次灌浆不满、二次灌浆台板外出现裂缝等。产生这些质量问题的原因是多重性的,有原材料放置时间过长,也有施工浇捣期间气泡排出通道不畅等。针对这些缺陷采取了3种防范措施。今后,如能将这些措施施工前制定,则可以避免上述质量问题。
Currently, many quality problems occur after secondary grouting of the large turbine foundation, such as excessive bubbles in pads, not fully filled secondary grouting, cracks in secondary grouting plate, etc. The causes of these problems are muhifold, including overtime materials storage, as well as blocked bubble path during construction, etc. Three countermeasures are adopted aiming to these defects. In the future, above mentioned quality problems can be avoided if such measures are established before construction.
