从"人、机、料、法、环"5个要素介绍玉环电厂1 000 MW机组汽轮发电机基座钢筋混凝土的施工工艺。由于科学选择混凝土配合比,改变基础箍筋形式,采用新型模板和建模方式,运用成品塑料垫块和PVC倒角线条以及浇筑方式合理,实现了镜面混凝土效果。

This paper introduces reinforced concrete construction technics used in Yuhuan Power Plant 1 000 MW turbine generator foundation from five essentials, including workers, machinery, materials, methods and environment. By using rational concrete -mixing ratio, foundation hoop reinforcemen modification, new types of molding board and molding method, off-the-shelf plastic pads and PVC chamfer lines and rational pouring, the effect of mirror surface concrete has realized.
