摘要
马鞍山第二发电厂2号机MEH控制系统在2003年DCS改造后,采用一体化设计的MEH-ⅢA型控制系统。投产以来,根据实际运行情况,对部分控制逻辑进行了改进和优化。通过对MEH控制逻辑、操作员画面以及硬接线的改进,完善了MEH控制方式,也避免了运行人员的误操作,同时解决了一些生产上实际遇到的问题,提高了小汽轮机运行可靠性。
The MEH control system of the #2 unit of No.2 Power Plant of Ma'anshan uses unified MEH-ⅢA system after the DCS upgrade in 2003. Since it was put into production, part of the control logics have been modified and optimized based on operating conditions. Through modification of control logic, operator interface, and hard connection, the MEH control has been perfected, operator misoperation has also been eliminated, in the mean time, some problems encountered in production have been solved, resulting in higher small turbine reliability.
