摘要
介绍了电磁搅拌技术的原理、分类及其对凝固组织的影响,分析了电磁搅拌过程中熔体的受力情况和感应热。目前,电磁搅拌在镁合金中的研究较少,电磁搅拌半连续铸造制备优质的镁合金铸锭是开发变形镁合金的关键,指出了镁合金的熔炼铸造特点、镁合金电磁搅拌半连续铸造存在的问题及发展的方向。
