The Rethinking of China Rural Information Communication Ideality and Reality

本文采用文献研究的方法对我国乡村信息传播研究的主要观点进行了综述与反思:理想上人们普遍认为乡村信息传播能够为农村农业各方面的发展发挥非常积极的作用,但现实中,由于人们对乡村传播的规律缺乏深刻的认识,使得乡村信息传播所发挥的作用甚微。因此,本文提出乡村信息传播应强调以农民为中心,增强其信息获取能力,加强乡村信息传播方式与方法、机制与环境等方面的研究。

This paper analyzes the main points in the rural information communication study with the literature research method. Rural communication should have a great effect on the rural development in the ideal, but the realistic effect is on the contrary. Therefore, the paper points out that in order to strengthen the rural information communication, it shoumd emphasize on farmers as a communication center, build up their information ability, and strengthen the research of the rural information communication means, mechanism and environment.
