The fast growth of Reoder's circulation is closely linked with its' creative publishing pohcies which are low selling price, cooperating with post-office, market feedback and supervision and the high quality, All of these are the embodiment of the idea that the circulation can be increased by the humanism concern of the magazine. The policies contribute to the success of Reoder.
