On Teaching Strategy to Promote Students' Autonomy in Foreign Language Learning

摘要 自主学习是外语界研究的热点和外语教学的新趋势。在外语教学中,为了发展学生的自主学习能力,教师需要发展相关的教学策略。本文重点讨论促进学生"热情求知"、"任务学习"、"课程资源开发"等教学策略。"热情求知"是唤起学生自主发展的情绪,"任务学习"是为学生的自主发展提供具体的方法,"课程资源开发"是为学生的自主学习开发相宜的学习环境。 Autonomous learning is the focus of research and new trend in FLT. To promote students' autonomy, foreign language teachers should develop some strategies. This paper presents the following three strategies: encouraging students' active involvement to arouse their enthusiasm for autonomous learning; urge students' to be engaged in task-based learning to guide their autonomous learning; developing curriculum resources to create environment for their autonomous learning.
